Return & Refund

At Resto Supply Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in packaging and food-grade materials, we follow strict return guidelines to ensure hygiene and product safety.

📦 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of damage (clear photos/videos) must be provided.

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened poly bags
  • Used aluminium containers
  • Opened paper plates or packing items
  • Bulk custom orders
  • Clearance or discounted items

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to your bank account.

If the product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your item is damaged or defective, we may offer:

  • Free replacement of the product
    OR
  • Store credit (if preferred)

Replacement delivery time may vary based on stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • In other approved cases, customers may need to bear return shipping charges.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
